Body of Notice: The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans (DMVA), Alaska Army National Guard, Facilities Management Office is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to perform an interior remodel of Barracks building 57226, Camp Carroll (CC), Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska as outlined in the solicitation.
Walkthrough: The contractor is highly recommended to perform a pre-bid walkthrough to understand and familiarize themselves with the project and existing site conditions. The walkthrough scheduled for August 18, 2025, at 10:00am Alaska Time. Interested bidders must register for the pre-bid walkthrough with the Project Manager (PM) a minimum of three (3) days prior to the scheduled walkthrough. If base access is needed, please contact the PM by email at gavin.fairbanks@alaska.gov.
Please note: There will only be one (1) scheduled walkthrough, so please plan accordingly.
Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for this ITB will be 1:00pm Alaska Time on August 26, 2025. Information for submitting quotes can be found in the attached ITB. Late bids will be rejected.
