The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is proposing to hire a Contractor to clean, prep, repair, and resurface with anti-slip coating, the concrete flooring in the main hangar bay of BAFF - Building 47427 Hangar 6, located at JBER, Alaska. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, insurance and any travel expenses to complete the work outlined in this ITB.

Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of Addendum # Two (2) on the Bid Form submittal.

Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of Addendum # Four (4) on the Bid Form submittal

Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of Addendum # Five (5) on the Bid Form submittal.

Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of Addendum # Six (6) on the Bid Form submittal.

The contractor is highly encouraged to perform a pre-bid walk-through to understand and familiarize with existing site conditions. Arrangements for base access and a tour are to be scheduled with the project manager:
