REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP): The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities requests proposals for the non-exclusive rights and obligations to Electronic/Static Display Advertising Concession ADA-32628 in the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. NATURE OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS: The Electronic/Static Display Advertising Concession seeks the non-exclusive right to develop, construct, place, operate, maintain and sell advertising on Static Displays and electronic media, such as Concessionaire provided Electronic Displays and High-Tech Displays, or other advertising displays at specified locations deem appropriate in the Terminals and other locations on the Airport. The Assigned Areas will be made available “as-is.” TERM: 7 YEARS (May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2033.) FEES: The Concessionaire shall pay the State the greater of Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) or percentages of the Concessionaire’s monthly gross revenues, based on submitted proposals and subsequent negotiations between the State and the Concessionaire; plus additional rent for any support space(s). CAPITAL INVESTMENT: The successful proposer will be required to make a commitment to its proposed investment in the advertising fixtures and as Proposed in the RFP. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated five (5) consecutive years of experience in continuous operation in airport advertising sales or a related business. Furthermore, all proposers must demonstrate they have an established organization with the proven ability to sell local, regional, and national accounts, and that they possess the knowledge and experience to design and implement the quality program the State desires.

An optional pre-proposal conference will be held at 1:00 PM (Alaska time) on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Interested participants will meet at the Airport Staff Offices, 4th Floor check in desk. The Administrative offices are located in between the North and South Terminals, at 5000 West International Airport Rd, 4th Floor. Access Door to elevator is located off Tower Road or off the connector hall between North and South Terminal. Parking at the North Terminal is recommended. There is a $25,000.00 deposit required with each proposal; the Airport will fully refund the deposits of unsuccessful proposers. Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM (Alaska Time) on January 20, 2026.
