The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is proposing to hire a Contractor to replace five (5) humidifiers at the 212th Rescue Squadron’s parachute repair facility, in JBER, Alaska. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, insurance and any travel expenses to complete the work outlined in this IFQ.

Deadline for Receipt of Quote Submittal. Current deadline for receipt of quote submittals in response to the subject IFQ is 2:00 P.M. Alaska time on July 18, 2024. Information on submitting Bids can be found in the attached IFQ. Late offers will be rejected.

Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled on Tuesday, July 11, 2024 at 10:30 A.M. Attendees for the site visit are required to contact Jannah Cayetano via email MvaDasProcurement@alaska.gov or at (907) 428-7222 two (2) days prior to the scheduled site visit so arrangements may be made for a base pass.
