Summary: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to result in a contract for a statewide crisis contact center that provides 24-hour, toll-free, and confidential support to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. The services will be available to all Alaskans 24-hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
