NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV-3-327

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Roland Nehring to eliminate the boundary common to Lot A, Alaska State Land Survey 2006-59 (Plat 2012-20 KRD) and the parcel described in the Quitclaim Deed at Book 334 Page 527 KRD, and depicted on the Record of Survey (Plat 2000-40 KRD) as the 1.30 acre “STA” Parcel (refer to the attached plats/maps). This replat, located on Prince of Wales Island in Section 19, Township 68 South, Range 79 East, Copper River Meridian will facilitate the proposed Valhalla Subdivision.

The public hearing is scheduled to be held at 11:00am on February 20, 2020 in the Division of Mining, Land and Water, Survey Section conference room in Suite 650 of the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7th Ave., Anchorage, Alaska.

Persons attending or not attending the public hearing may submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to George Horton, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, and received by 5:00pm, February 18, 2020 to ensure consideration.
