GLENNALLEN, ALASKA
The Alaska Court System is soliciting bids for the above lease in Glennallen, Alaska. This leased facility shall be constructed, remodeled and/or built-out to provide 2,515 NUSF, including finishes, amenities and services described in the ITB.
Sealed bids must be delivered or mailed to the Alaska Court System, Attn: Facilities Manager, 820 West 4th Ave., Anchorage, AK 99501 and be received on or before December 6, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.
Invitation to Bid documents stating the requirements are available for pick up at the above address or at Glennallen Courthouse Clerk’s Office, 115 Richardson Hwy., Glennallen, AK. They are also available online at http://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/. A Pre-Bid conference will be held at 115 Richardson Hwy., Glennallen, AK. on October 29, 2019, at 2 p.m.
