NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV-3-272

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305 shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Yukon Delta Fisheries Development Corp, to replat (eliminate) the following:
1. The boundary line common to Lots 1 & 2, Emmonak Corporation Subdivision (Plat 87-13), and
2. Certain boundaries purportedly platted by the plat of Emmonak Fisheries Subdivision (Plat 2007-14).
    (refer to the attached plats/maps)
This replat, located within Section 17, Township 31 North, Ranger 81 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska will eliminate certain legal and erroneous boundaries to facilitate the proposed Yukon Delta Fisheries Subdivision creating a single large parcel.

The public hearing is scheduled to be held at 11:00am on February 15, 2017 in the Division of Mining, Land, & Water, Survey Section conference room in Suite 650 of the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7th Ave., Anchorage, Alaska.

Persons attending or not attending the public hearing may submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to George Horton, Division of Mining, Land, & Water, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, and received by 5:00pm, February 13, 2017 to ensure consideration.
