REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant is requesting to film Off-Road vehicle travel on already established trails at various locations around the state for the purposes of making a television documentary.

The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the above address on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue a permit with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
