SUMMARY: The State of Alaska Department of Health, Division of Public Health (DPH), is seeking a contractor to provide leadership training statewide to Alaska family members who are primary caregivers of young children. The training will provide ongoing management, promotion, and implementation of the Family Engagement and Leadership Training (FELT) program, a DPH-created tool that helps support families to become advocates and leaders.
