Addendum 1: This addendum is being issued to answer questions.
The Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids for improving the electrical distribution system to provide necessary circuits to installed building equipment to support mission needs at Kulis CST Building 52 in Anchorage, Alaska as outlined in this solicitation. Base bid work in the Old Bay will include upgrading wash bay lighting, switching out an overhead light, and installing a dedicated circuit on our existing Bauer Compressor so we can use the pressure washer and air compressor outlets simultaneously. Add Alternatives will also be included to upgrade existing lighting to LEDs in various rooms/hallways and increase overall building efficiency.
There will be a one-time pre-bid walk-through on September 15th, 2025 at 10am to help the contractor understand the scope of work and familiarize themselves with existing site conditions. We will meet outside the gate of the Kulis CST Building 52 (at the end of Fox Run Drive) in Anchorage, AK 99502. Suggested that you pre-register to be notified if this date/time changes. You will need to register with the Project Manager a minimum of 48 hours before the walk-through time and date.
