The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Army National Guard, Environmental Section is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors to provide a site inspection for Nome Army Aviation Operating Facility (AAOF) located in Nome, Alaska as specified in Request for Proposal (RFP).

Deadline for Receipt of Proposal: Current deadline for receipt of proposals submitted in response to this RFP is 2:00 P.M. Alaska Standard Time, September 24, 2024. Information on submitting proposal can be found in the attached RFP. Late proposals will be rejected.

Pre-proposal Teleconference: A pre-proposal teleconference will be held at 10:00 A.M., Alaska Standard Time, on September 16, 2024. The purpose of the Teleconference is to discuss the work to be performed with the prospective offerors and allow them to ask questions concerning the RFP. This meeting is not a mandatory requirement but highly encouraged for interested vendors.
