AMHS- Tustumena Replacement Vessel- CM/GC

The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities- Alaska Marine Highway System (department), is soliciting a Contractor to assist in design development and perform subsequent construction of the AMHS- Tustumena Replacement Vessel- CM/GC project. This project is utilizing the Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) procurement method.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately July 11, 2022 through December 31, 2025. Cost of these professional services is expected to be over $1,000,000 (Preconstruction Services) and over $100,000,000 (Construction Services).
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be availableMarch 23, 2022and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The department will be conducting a contractor outreach meeting onApril 5, 2022, via Zoom. Additional details for the outreach meeting will be provided at a later date.
