RFP # 2522H022 Rates Transition and Implementation Assistance
CONTRACT PURPOSE AND INTENT:
The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Administrative Services Division (ASD) is soliciting proposals for vendors capable of providing contractual assistance in the following areas:
- Leasing and Facilities Consolidation;
- Indirect Cost Rate Proposal Procedures, Training, Assistance with Software Implementation and Software Testing;
- Small Cost Allocation Plans Consolidation and Outreach; and
- State Equipment Fleet Assistance
This solicitation will result in the issuance of one (1) contract for the needed services.
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM prevailing Alaska Time, on October 29, 2021. Emailed, faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.
Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
