Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

PROJECT NAME: ADL 233510
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Glenn Highway Kings River bridge between Mile Post 66 and 67.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SW ¼ of Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 4 East, Seward Meridian, Alaska.
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant has applied for an easement approximately 200 feet in length, 100 feet in width and 0.46 acres for a revetment on the Kings River on the northeast side of the Glenn Highway between Mile Post 66 and 67. This is a component of the overall replacement of the Kings River Bridge and realignment of the Glenn Highway. The easement, if approved, may differ from that described herein.
REQUESTED TERM: Unspecified OR no term has been requested.
DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: February 13, 2020
The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 West 7th Avenue, Suite 900C, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above.
