NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV-3-325

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Shaktoolik Native Association to eliminate a portion of the boundary common to Tracts Q & F ANCSA 14c (Plat 2012-05 Cape Nome Recording District), and replat said tracts to facilitate the Shaktoolik Tank Farm Subdivision, which in turn creates an area for the relocation of an existing road in order to make room for a new fuel tank farm (refer to the attached plats/maps). This action is located in Shaktoolik within Section 23, Township 13 South, Range 13 West, Kateel River Meridian.

The public hearing is scheduled to be held at 11:00am on January 6, 2020 in the Division of Mining, Land and Water, Survey Section conference room in Suite 650 of the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7th Ave., Anchorage, Alaska.

Persons attending or not attending the public hearing may submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to George Horton, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, and received by 5:00pm, January 3, 2020 to ensure consideration.
