Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids, in single copy, to: Contractor to submit a bid to provide all labor, supervision, permits, equipment and materials to replace or modify existing ligature prone products in patient bedrooms, bathrooms and toilet rooms to assure ligature resistant products are installed and are accessible to the hospital patients. The work includes the correction of multiple ligature attachments in 61 bedroom/bathroom suites and 6 patient accessible toilet rooms in common areas. Efforts include the replacement of lavatories and toilets, light fixtures, miscellaneous surface applied products, gypsum board patching and painting, and ceramic tile patching.

A Pre-Bid walk through is scheduled for May 17th at 10:00 a.m. at the Facility – Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Please meet at the entryway of the main lobby and we will proceed from there.
