The work consists of phased paint and flooring replacement throughout the common
and private areas of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of a partially occupied residential
building located at East Hall, 3701 Residential Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508.
A pre-bid conference will be held on March 14, 2017 at 10:00 am, onsite at East Hall
first floor lobby.
