Project Site: Palmer Courthouse 435 South Denali St., Palmer, Alaska 99645

General description of Work: Replace doors using existing frames; refinish doors; replace door hardware.

Base Bid: Replace or refinish doors. Replace door hardware.

Required Performance Period: Substantial Completion required within 21 days of Notice to Proceed with Work on-Site, and, by June 26, 2017

BID SUBMITTAL DEADLINE: DATE: February 24, 2016        PREVAILING TIME:  10:00AM

Estimated Value of Contract: $100,000 to $500,000
