The public is invited to participate in the development ofthe State of Alaska’s application for Phase 2 of the Community DevelopmentBlock Grant-National Disaster Resilience (CDBG-NDR) FR-5800-N-29A2.

A public comment period will be held during the weeks ofOctober 2, 2015 through October 17, 2015 for the Application’s ExecutiveSummary, Factor Narratives, Eligibility, National Objective and OverallBenefit, Threshold requirements documentation and all Exhibits A-G, andAttachments D and F.
