The Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of a lease for the following:

APPLICANT: Gabriele and William Larry

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: 1817 College Road, Fairbanks, AK.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The Department has issued a decision authorizing issuance of a renewal lease for 25 years to the current leaseholders. This .688 acre parcel is currently utilized in the operation of a business, the Alaska Fun Center.
