The State of Alaska Office of Procurement and Property Management is seeking a contract with a qualified Offeror to provide all transcription services for general, medical, and legal records to convert speech; either live or recorded, into written or electronic text document.

This contract will provide non-mandatory, as-needed transcription services for general, medical, and legal services. All State of Alaska governmental entities may use the contract resulting from this solicitation, including entities such as the Alaska Legislative Branch, the Alaska Court System, the University of Alaska, Boards and Commissions, and all State of Alaska political subdivisions, cities, boroughs, and school districts, and federally recognized tribes.

Proposals must be received no later than 9:30 A.M. Alaska Daylight Time on Monday, August 24, 2026. Late proposals or amendments will be considered non-responsive and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
