Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: Vitus Terminals, LLC

PROJECT NAME: ADL 422727

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Saint Michael, AK

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 20, Township 23 South, Range 17 West, Kateel River Meridian, containing 0.60 acres, more or less.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The application is for a tideland lease for the continued maintenance and operation of a barge moorage facility on state tidelands on the east coast of St. Michael, in Norton Sound. The lease, if approved, may differ from that described herein.

REQUESTED TERM: 30 years

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: August 25, 2026

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at 3700 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK  99709 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above.
