Per 38.05.070(e), the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land, and Water, Aquatic Farm Leasing Program has made a decision to renew a current lease issued to Tom Carruth dba Alaska Shellfish (ADL 107092), for a 20-year term. The lease site is 2.75 acres, more or less, of state-owned tide and submerged lands with the purpose of commercial growth and harvest of Pacific geoducks, Pacific oysters, cockles, and littleneck clams, located near Ketchikan, Alaska. The location of the lease is further described as being within the NW1/4 of Section 22, Township 77 South, Range 95 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska.
