The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue Solid Waste Disposal Permit No. SW3A203-31, to the City of Russian Mission, to operate a Class III community landfill.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The City of Russian Mission proposes operating a Class III Community Landfill to serve the 421 residents of Russian Mission. The community is estimated to produce 384 tons of solid waste per year. Waste accepted will include ash from municipal solid waste, septage, and construction and demolition debris.
