The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Division of Alaska Marine Highway System (AMHS), is soliciting proposals to find a qualified vendor to perform Salvage and Marine Firefighting (SMFF) services for all current and future vessels in its fleet subject to provisions of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA-90).
The Proposal Opening is scheduled for 2:00 PM (Alaska Time) June 25, 2026 at DOT/PF Headquarters, 3132 Channel Drive, Room 350 in Juneau, Alaska 99801.
