Summary:  The Department of Health (DOH), Division of Behavioral Health (DBH), is soliciting proposals for a SaaS technology platform to collect client level data for SAMHSA's Unified Performance Reporting Tool (SUPRT) from State Opioid Response (SOR) subrecipient grantees and automate batch upload of these data to SAMHSA's Performance Accountability and Reporting System (SPARS).
