NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV 3-414

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 29.40.130 & AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Logan Lappi, to eliminate the boundary lot lines described in the Warranty Deed recorded on August 21, 1978, in Bk. 6, Pg. 619, Chitina Recording District; and replat said lot to facilitate the proposed Logan Lappi Property Replat. This replat is located within Section 23, Township 6 North, Range 1 West, Copper River Meridian, Alaska.

The public hearing will be held via teleconference at 11:00am on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Persons wishing to attend the public hearing must call 1-800-315-6338; at the prompts enter access code 98627 and #.

Persons wanting to provide comment on the proposed action may submit their comments in writing by e-mail, or verbally via the scheduled public hearing. In order to be eligible to appeal under AS 38.05.035(i)(j), meaningful participation by one of these methods is required.
