Per AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.070(b) the Department of Natural Resources (DNR); Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing land lease issued to Ryan Leonhardt for an additional 10-year term for the operation of a communications site. The location of the lease is further described as within the SW1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 52 West, Seward Meridian, near Pilot Point, Alaska.
