NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV 3-418

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 29.40.130 & AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Brian & Patricia Boggs and Eagle Wings Ministries, to eliminate the common boundary between Lots 12 & 13, Block 3, of Alaska State Land Survey No. 85-317, Naukati Bay Subdivision West, Plat No. 87-24, Ketchikan Recording District; and replat said lots to facilitate the proposed Boggs/Eagle Wing Replat. This replat is located within Section 19, Township 69 South, Range 80 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska.

The public hearing will be held via teleconference at 11:00am on May 8, 2026.  Persons wishing to attend the public hearing must call 1-800-315-6338; at the prompts enter access code 98627 and #.

Persons wanting to provide comment on the proposed action may submit their comments in writing by e-mail, or verbally via the scheduled public hearing. In order to be eligible to appeal under AS 38.05.035(i)(j), meaningful participation by one of these methods is required.
