NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV 3-415

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Russell J. & Sandra L. Rowe, to eliminate the following boundaries: between June Claim No. 1 & Joan Claim No. 2, U.S. Mineral Survey (USMS) No. 2264; portions of the boundary between USMS No. 2264 & cancelled USMS No. 2481, per Record of Survey (ROS) Plat No. 2013-3; portions between Two Sisters & Little Boy Blue Claims, cancelled USMS No. 2481, per ROS Plat No. 2013-3; and a portion of the protracted section line between Sections 28 & 29, within cancelled USMS No. 2481; and to replat said claims to facilitate the proposed Basin Creek Subdivision. This action is located within Sections 28 & 29, Township 9 South, Range 33 West, Kateel River Meridian, Alaska.

Persons wanting only to provide comment on the proposed action must submit their comments in writing.
