Public Access and Utility Easement

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has received an application for the following easement:
APPLICANT: Troy L. Church
PROJECT NAME: ADL 234686
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Trapper Creek, AK
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 24, Township 26 North, Range 6 West, Seward Meridian, AK.
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant has requested approval of a public access easement that is approximately 2,640 feet long and 75 feet wide, totaling approximately 4.55 acres, more or less, over state-owned, DMLW managed lands. The purpose of the proposed easement is to provide access and utilities for his parcel.
The easement, if approved, may differ from that described herein.
REQUESTED TERM: Indefinite

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made.
