NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV 3-413

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Drew Carlos, to eliminate the common boundary between Government Lots 14 and 15 of Section 1, Township 12 South, Range 56 West, of the Seward Meridian, Alaska, as shown on the plat accepted by the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, on May 12, 2006, and officially filed on October 6, 2006; and replat said lots to facilitate the proposed Belt Creek Subdivision. This replat is located within Section 1, Township 12 South, Range 56 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.

The public hearing will be held via teleconference at 11:00am on February 12, 2026. Persons wishing to attend the public hearing must call 1-800-315-6338; at the prompts enter access code 98627 and #.

Persons wanting only to provide comment on the proposed action must submit their comments in writing.
