Description:

The State of Alaska (SOA), Department of Health (DOH), Division of Health Care Services (DHCS), is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the provision of Third-Party Liability (TPL) contractor services to support the Recoveries and Reclamation Program. The Division is exploring contractor capabilities to identify, coordinate, and recover Medicaid expenditures from liable third parties, as required under federal and state law.

Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are for informational purposes only. This RFI does not extend any rights to prospective vendors or obligate the State to conduct a solicitation or purchase any goods or services.
