NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to supplement Land Lease ADA-05912, as follows: LESSEE: CCR LLC. PREMISES: Block 0100, Lot 001E (100,750 Sq Ft); LEASE TERM: 5-year term extension, beginning on August 1, 2025 and expiring on July 31, 2030. LEASE RENTAL RATE: $18,135.00 annually ($0.18 per square foot x 100,750) square feet). AUTHORIZED USES: Construction, operation, and maintenance of an air freight forwarding terminal building for housing air freight forwarders, air cargo storage, and related operations. Use of the premises as an office and warehouse facility to support air cargo and ground handling operations, including the repair and maintenance of parts and ground support vehicles. Operation and maintenance of an airport-related distribution center.
