PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Supplement No. 6 under Terminal Lease ADA-32245 covering Room SA2140, consisting of approximately 440 s.f., and Room SA2140A, consisting of approximately 240 s.f. in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.  APPLICANT: Pegasus Aviation Services, LLC. TERM: Through the end of the Terminal Lease, July 31, 2028. Current Terminal rental rate is $105.31/s.f./yr.  AUTHORIZED USES: Office and storage space for the support of passenger flight operations.
