The Department of Corrections is soliciting for sealed bids for the removal and replacement of two (2) pairs of exterior institutional security doors, including hardware, at the Anchorage Correctional Complex (ACC), as described within Section 01000 of the ITB. Location of Work will be at Anchorage Correctional Complex (ACC) in Anchorage, Alaska. Bids will be received until November 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. Bids will be opened at 802 3rd Street, Suite 220, Douglas, Alaska 99824.

A pre-bid site visit is highly recommended, and is scheduled for October 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time. Interested vendors must contact the Project Manager: Shawn Ratliff, (907) 269-7035, to register for the inspection and submit the “Clearance Form and PREA Form” to the security agent to run a background check to allow access to the facility. The form must be filled out for everyone attending the site visit and must be submitted 72 hours in advance. Clearance Form is included in the bid packet. Email your form to shawn.ratliff@alaska.gov.
