IRFP 260000004 Programmatic Agreements for Rental Lands JBER And Alcantra
The Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) seeks to establish two National Historic Preservation Act Alternative Section 106 Programmatic Agreements: one for cultural resources on land it leases from the U.S. Air Force at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, and one for cultural resources at the Alcantra Armory in Wasilla, Alaska.
Deadline for Receipt of Proposals: The current deadline for receipt of proposals in response to this IRFP is 10:00 am Alaska Time on September 17, 2025. Information on submitting proposals can be found in the attached IRFP. Late proposals will be rejected.
