Public Notice: Amended Lease Renewal

Pursuant to AS 38.05.070(e)

Subject to AS 38.05.070(e) the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Renewal Decision to renew an existing lease to Ray Paniwozik dba Hurtle Creek Outfitters (HCO) for an additional ten-year term for an existing five-acre guide use and commercial recreation site. The proposed lease amendment corrects an error in the lease renewal issuance date now beginning 1 January, 2026. The site is located at the mouth of Hurtle Creek on Tonsina Lake. The site is located within SE1/2 SE1/4 of protracted Section 11, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, Copper River Meridian, Alaska.
