ITB 2526S011 E-1 AGGREGATE DYEA ROAD, SKAGWAY ALASKA - FEDERALLY FUNDED

MANDATORY AMENDMENT TWO- Timeline change for delivery and bid schedule change. See attached Amendment Two.

AMENDMENT ONE- Purpose of Amendment one is to answer contractor questions. See attached Amendment One.

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Statewide Contracting and Procurement, is soliciting bids for Federally Funded purchase of E-1 Aggregate to be delivered to Skagway, Alaska.

Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm Alaska Standard Time on July 31, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Bidders may submit bids either electronically or in hard copy.

If submitting via U.S. Mail or Courier Delivery Service, bidders must submit the original hard copy of their bid in writing to the procurement officer in a sealed package.
