Public Notice: Proposed Lease Renewal

Pursuant to AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.070(b)

(USGS Quad Map Anchorage C-7)

Subject to AS 38.05. 070(e) and AS 38.05.070(b) the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Renewal Decision to renew an existing lease to Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) for an additional 10-year term for an existing one-acre telecommunication site located near the peak of Bald Mountain, within the Hatcher Pass Management Area, Alaska. The site is located within NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 27, Township 19 North, Range 1 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.
