ADDENDUM 1 serves to answer questions from vendors.

PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation (DPOR) is soliciting bids for a qualified bidder to provide as needed septic pumping services within the specified locations in Kenai State Parks.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

In order for a bid to be considered responsive the bidder must meet these prior experience and minimum requirements:

• Bidder must not have had a contract terminated for cause by the State within the last two years.
• Bidder must have a minimum of one year latrine pumping experience.
• Bidder must be able to provide latrine pumping services for all Kenai State Parks locations as provided on Attachment 4 Bid Schedule.

A bidder's failure to meet these prior experience and minimum requirements will cause their bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected. By submitting a bid, a bidder verifies they meet the prior experience and minimum requirements identified above.
