Amendment #1

The purpose of Amendment #1 is to:

  • Extend the deadline for receipt of Bids to 2pm Alaska time January 28, 2025


This Amendment #1 is not a mandatory Return Amendment.

The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Division of Program Management and Administration, is soliciting bids for a Snowplowing Simulator.

Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm Alaska Time on January 21, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.

Copies of the bid documents are also available upon request from the Procurement Officer.
