Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water, Southeast Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:

PROJECT NAME: ADL 106672
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Juneau, Alaska; more specifically adjacent to the property addressed 21425 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska 99801. This easement is approximately 10.5-miles northwest of the Juneau International Airport and is placed on State-owned tide and submerged lands.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: CRM039S064E Sections 23 & 24; 58.4709N, 134.7862W Metes and bounds description within Section 23 and 24, Township 39 South, Range 64 East, Copper River Meridian, containing approximately 0.24 acres.
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: On August 2nd, 2024, the Corporation of the Catholic Archbishop of Anchorage-Juneau DBA The National Shrine of St. Therese submitted an application to DMLW for the renewal of an existing easement that has been in place since 2000. The easement contains a marine outfall wastewater line measuring approximately 512-feet x 20-feet. The easement contains a 20-foot width, while the diameter of the outfall pipe is approximately 6-inches.
REQUESTED TERM: 25 years
