PURPOSE OF THE RFP
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining Land and Water, is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide as-needed land use planning services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
In order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet these minimum requirements:
- The offeror must not have had a contract terminated for cause by the State within the last three years.
- The offeror must have a minimum of five years of experience in land use planning; rivers, and trails planning and management; stakeholder engagement; and project management.
Offerors must detail in their proposal how they meet the minimum requirements above. Offerors that fail to identify in their proposals how they meet the minimum requirements will be deemed non-responsive.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSAL
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on December 12, 2024, as indicated by postmark or email timestamp and late proposals will not be considered.
