NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO EXTEND LAND LEASE TERM and INCREASE PREMISES:  The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 to Land Lease Agreement ADA-32392, as follows:  APPLICANT:  Municipality of Anchorage INCREASED PREMISES:  Block 33, Lot 10 increased 187,757 SQ FT to the North for a total of 593,710 SQ FT  LEASE TERM:  November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2026 – Maximum of five (5) years. Three (3) years base term with two (2) one (1) year renewal options LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.51 per square foot per year PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES:  Snow Disposal Site

This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office, located in Room C3980 on the third floor of the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.  Competing applications for the increased premises of 187,757 SQ FT or comments must be submitted in writing via email or letter to: andy.dinsmore@alaska.gov ATTN: Andy Dinsmore, Leasing Office, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, P.O.
