PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources, Recorders Office, is soliciting bids for a qualified bidder to provide and install Image to Film Equipment, Software System and Maintenance at the Recorders Office located in Anchorage, Alaska.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

In order for a bid to be considered responsive the bidder must meet these minimum requirements and prior experience:

The bidder must not have had a contract terminated for cause by the State within the last three years.

The bidder must be a certified vendor for the equipment and software presented in the bid.

The bidder must be able to provide a certified technician to install, set up, and maintain the equipment and software.

A bidder's failure to meet these minimum prior experience requirements will cause their bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected. By submitting a bid, a bidder verifies they meet the prior experience identified above.
