NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SUPPLEMENT A LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to extend the term under Lease ADA-30413, Supplement No. 4, as follows:  LESSEE: Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA).  PREMISES: Block 20, Lot 4F, consisting of approximately 280,462 square feet. CURRENT LEASE TERM:  Forty-five (45) years, beginning January 1, 1992, and ending December 31, 2037.   NEW PROPOSED LEASE TERM:  Fifty-five (55) years, beginning January 1, 1992, and ending December 31, 2047. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $50,483.16 ($0.18 per square foot x 280,462 square feet). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Operation and maintenance of an aircraft maintenance hangar for maintaining aircraft owned by Lessee and others, support shops, and associated facilities, aircraft parking, aircraft operations, administration, maintenance and operation of ground handling equipment, stores, fleet service warehouse storage, and such other operations incidental to Lessee's business operations so long as the primary use of the Premises remains that of an aircraft maintenance hangar.
