NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV 3-389

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Hungwitchin Corporation to eliminate a portion of the section line between Sections 11 & 14; and replat said line to facilitate the proposed Ninahkayy Subdivision. This replat is located in Sections 11 & 14, Township 2 South, Range 33 East, Fairbanks Meridian, Alaska. 

The public hearing will be held via teleconference at 1:00pm on August 8, 2024.  Persons wishing to attend the public hearing must call 1-800-315-6338; at the prompts enter access code 98627 and #.

Persons wanting only to provide comment on the proposed action must submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to Joseph Donohue, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, or to the email address below, and received by 5:00pm, August 6, 2024 to ensure consideration.
