There is conflicting information on the bid close date in the documents. The cover has close of June 25, the inside documents have a close of June 28, 2024, at 2:00 PM. In fairness to all the bid date closer will be June 28, at 2:00 PM. All other provisions of the document remain unchanged.

Note to Bidders:  Bidders are required to acknowledge this addendum on the bid form.

The cover page contained bid closure information of June 25, 2024, at 2:00 PM. Due to the conflict between cover page and internal documents, the closure date will be June 28, 2024, at 2:00 PM I have updated the Cover page with corrected information. All other information remains the same.

Sitka Pioneer Home Bathroom Renovation

ANC 24-13C

Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids, in single copy, to:  Provide all labor, supervision, permits, equipment and materials to remove and replace flooring located in the Fairbanks Pioneer Home in Fairbanks, Ak. This scope of work for this tenant improvement includes hazardous materials removal, in accordance with the architect’s design.

A Pre-Bid walk through is scheduled for Tuesday June 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairbanks Pioneer Home (FPH).  Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.  Please meet in the main lobby located at 2221 Eagan Ave. Fairbanks, AK 99701.

Bid Deadline is 2:00pm June 28, 2024, local time.

Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 pm local time June 28, 2024, at 3601 C Street Suite 290 Anchorage, AK 99503

Bids, modifications, or withdrawals transmitted by mail must be received no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of bid opening.

The Engineer’s Estimate: Between $700,000 and $900,000

The Project completion date: 180 Days after NTP

Plans and Specifications may be printed by the Bidder from:

• the State of Alaska website (www.state.ak.us )Public Notices Online button, click on the More Public Notices button, Browse Active Public Notice button, then Department of Family and Community Services, and Procurement

OR

• the Bidder may forward the project website location/address information to the print shop of their choice for printing – all associated printing costs are payable by the Bidder.

Bidders are responsible for checking this website for addenda.  Not acknowledging addenda at the time of bid will deem the Bidder non-responsive.
